Marketing Manager Nordics (Women's Health)

Location: Remote-friendly, but candidates must be based in Sweden, preferably in the Stockholm area. The Marketing team is primarily located in Stockholm.

What you will do

• Develop and execute localized marketing strategies for Sweden and the broader Nordic markets.
• Work with cross-functional teams to understand market dynamics, user needs, and growth opportunities.
• Align local messaging and communications with the global brand vision across integrated marketing channels.
• Use user research to identify personas and insights for targeted Nordic marketing initiatives.
• Manage organic social media channels and support PR, partnerships, and influencer marketing campaigns.
• Drive marketing activities that increase brand awareness, engagement, customer acquisition, and the company’s footprint in the Nordics.

Requirements

• 7–10 years of experience in marketing and PR, including brand management and marketing strategy.
• Extensive knowledge of Nordic consumer behavior, trends, and media landscapes.
• Proven experience in PR, broader marketing strategy, social media, and digital marketing focused on organic growth.
• Ability to collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and agencies.
• Fluent English and Swedish required.

Nice to have

• Experience with medical devices or women’s health.
• Additional Nordic languages.
• Experience with ISO 13485 and regulatory compliance.
