Staff Fullstack Engineer, Data Products (Golang / Node)

Location: Remote in Canada or the United States

Salary: $152,800–$259,200 USD base salary per year for United States residents

What you will do

• Architect ingestion, modeling, and synchronization of hirify.global and third-party data into a near-real-time knowledge graph.
• Lead integrations with Jira, observability tools, Zendesk, ServiceNow, and other external systems.
• Design the Data Marketplace so customers can consume hirify.global data through Snowflake, Databricks, and BigQuery.
• Publish hirify.global observability through OpenTelemetry and develop data-sharing APIs, SDKs, and partner integrations.
• Define operational readiness across hirify.global.com, Dedicated, and Self-Managed deployments.
• Turn an ambiguous 0-to-1 product space into iterative roadmaps, resolve cross-team dependencies, and mentor engineers.

Requirements

• Staff-level experience owning product or platform systems end to end across multiple engineering and product teams.
• Deep full-stack expertise with Go, Ruby, and Node.
• Experience with analytics and metrics platforms, graph data systems, CDC, or warehouse integrations.
• Hands-on experience building production AI-powered tool orchestration.
• Experience operating multi-tenant systems across SaaS and self-managed deployments.
• Must be eligible to work remotely from Canada or the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience creating organizational leverage by identifying systemic bottlenecks and improving execution velocity.
• Experience with dashboard and reporting frameworks, DORA, VSA, AI Impact, SDLC trends, security, or software quality analytics.
