Relationship Manager (Malayalam Speaker) (Fintech)

What you will do

• Manage qualified leads from Marketing and Partnerships and convert them into active, funded clients.
• Guide prospective clients through onboarding, initial funding, and routine conversion blockers.
• Build personalized relationships with assigned clients across approved voice, social, and digital channels.
• Identify inactive or at-risk clients and support retention and reactivation activities.
• Grow portfolio value through appropriate product education, account engagement, and approved upselling or cross-selling.
• Maintain CRM records, monitor performance, and follow compliance, security, conduct, and client-communication requirements.

Requirements

• 3–4 years of experience in relationship management, sales, or client-facing commercial roles, preferably in CFD/FX brokerage or related financial services.
• Fluency in English and Malayalam, both spoken and written.
• Experience managing client relationships, converting opportunities, and delivering commercial KPIs such as revenue, deposits, activation, or trading activity.
• Strong knowledge of FX/CFD markets, currency pairs, trading concepts, and market drivers.
• Confident use of CRM systems, sales reporting tools, and MS Office.
• Strong consultative selling, communication, problem-solving, prioritization, and organizational skills.

Nice to have

• University degree or equivalent in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Experience covering the Malayalam-speaking market or a relevant client segment within a CFD/FX brokerage.
• Knowledge of MetaTrader or comparable client trading platforms.
• Additional language capability relevant to the company’s client markets.
