Business Analysis Trainee

Location: Poland. Candidates from Warsaw and Kraków attend the program in-office; participants from other cities across Poland can join online.

What you will do

• Analyze business processes, information, and user needs.
• Gather and manage requirements while communicating with stakeholders.
• Create user stories and project documentation.
• Contribute to real software development tasks across the full software development lifecycle.
• Develop Business Analysis expertise and learn a second technology during the traineeship.

Requirements

• English at Upper-Intermediate level or higher for verbal communication.
• Completed Business Analysis courses.
• Strong theoretical knowledge of Business Analysis.
• Ability and willingness to communicate extensively, ask questions, and explore details.
• Desire to develop in Business Analysis and IT.
• Full-time availability for 5 days per week and 8 hours per day.

Nice to have

• German at Intermediate level or higher.
• Experience in healthcare, finance, consulting, or international law.
