We’re opening 5 places in our Junior Business Analyst Academy for people who want to start or transition into Business Analysis and ERP consulting.
You don’t need commercial BA experience or Odoo knowledge. We’re looking for people with strong learning ability, analytical thinking, ownership, and a genuine interest in business processes and ERP.

📍 Location: Poland or other countries within UTC+1 to UTC+4
Remote outside Warsaw; if you are based in Warsaw, office attendance is required.

📅 Start: 2 November
⏳ Duration: 1–1.5 months
📚 Format: Full-time, unpaid Academy

You’ll succeed here if you:

Speak English at B2+ level.
Have a basic understanding of the Business Analyst role, business processes, and requirements.
Learn quickly and can structure unfamiliar information.
Take ownership and try to solve problems independently.
Notice gaps, inconsistencies, and ask relevant clarifying questions.

During the Academy, you will:

Learn how Odoo supports sales, purchasing, warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, and finance processes.
Work with practical BA and business-process cases.
Practice AS-IS / TO-BE analysis, requirements analysis, and solution design.
Receive feedback from experienced Business Analysts.
Complete a final assessment at the end of the program.

After the Academy, selected participants may be invited to discuss potential employment opportunities based on the final assessment and current business needs.
