What you will do

• Prepare, execute, and document hardware and software testing and deployment activities for instrumentation components.
• Define technical deliverables and manage purchase orders for subcontracted testing and deployment work.
• Maintain test matrices and escalate project risks and opportunities.
• Analyze defects, test bug fixes, and propose improvements to the integration test bench.
• Harmonize test procedures and working methods with facilities in Filton, Hamburg, and Bremen.

Requirements

• Engineering background or equivalent, with at least 3 years of experience in lab test means or instrumentation.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical test-system interfaces, including racks, connectors, and cabling.
• Understanding of avionics protocols and signals, including A429, AFDX, discrete, analog, and CAN signals.
• Foundational IT skills in networking, computing systems, and cybersecurity rules.
• Basic programming knowledge.
• Intermediate English is required for collaboration in an international environment.
