Imaging Informatics Analyst (PACS/RIS)

Location: On-site work required in Winchester, Massachusetts and other hirify.global locations.

Salary: $80,000–$120,000 USD annual base salary.

What you will do

• Maintain PACS and Radiology Information Systems, apply upgrades, troubleshoot issues, and maximize system efficiency.
• Monitor RIS interface work queues, resolve patient information issues, support modality technologists, and coordinate with radiology systems teams.
• Support voice recognition dictation by managing radiologist templates and creating macros.
• Test upgrades, patches, and new vendor implementations; create test plans for system-wide change control.
• Train staff on RIS, PACS, voice recognition, and other department information systems while supporting workflow improvements.
• Maintain documentation, policies, procedure manuals, clinical reports, system dictionaries, charge-master data, and coding and billing compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• At least 3 years of clinical experience in the medical field and at least 2 years of Information Systems experience; a related IS degree may substitute for the IS experience.
• Experience troubleshooting clinical information systems and supporting radiology workflows.
• Ability to create test plans, maintain technical documentation, train staff, and collaborate with informatics and IS teams.
• Ability to work on-site in Winchester, Massachusetts and at other hirify.global locations.

Nice to have

• Radiology Information Systems experience.
• Knowledge of Epic Radiant, Meditech Magic, McKesson PACS, MModal voice recognition, or similar systems.
