Localization Associate (Digital Commerce)

What you will do

• Manage end-to-end translation and localization projects for product descriptions, content campaigns, and marketing requests.
• Coordinate with vendor project managers, external linguists, and language teams to meet deadlines and quality standards.
• Own the linguistic UAT process for content pages and UI enhancements.
• Answer language-team queries, set deadlines, and create or maintain project documentation.
• Develop and maintain translation tools, workflows, style guides, and glossaries.
• Contribute to continuous localization quality improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Experience in the localization industry, on either the vendor or client side.
• Familiarity with translation technologies.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple simultaneous projects.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, detail-orientation, and follow-up skills.
• Fluent written and spoken English.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of a language other than English.
• Previous e-commerce experience.
• Awareness of cultural differences across markets and their impact on consumer needs and behavior.
