Localization Manager

Location: London; most time is spent collaborating face-to-face in the office.

What you will do

• Own localization lifecycles from string freeze through general availability across multiple products and markets.
• Coordinate Product, Design, Engineering, Marketing, and Support to meet fixed launch dates.
• Administer TMS/CAT workflows and build reusable scoping models, timelines, readiness checklists, and go/no-go criteria.
• Manage translation budgets, vendors, freelancers, SLAs, quality, turnaround, and documentation.
• Adapt CRM flows, landing pages, app listings, legal updates, pricing, signup, and feature messaging for local markets.
• Run localized experiments and funnel analysis to identify cultural and linguistic friction and scale validated improvements.

Requirements

• End-to-end ownership of localization projects or programs, including multi-workstream and multi-market launches.
• Hands-on administration of TMS and CAT tools with knowledge of localization best practices and internationalization standards.
• Experience managing localization vendors and freelancers against quality, turnaround, and cost targets.
• Ability to define and track operational and business metrics.
• Working knowledge of A/B testing, conversion funnels, and CRO.
• Professional English at B2–C2 level.

• Hands-on experience running A/B tests on localized surfaces.
