Script Supervisor

What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end script creation process, including supplier communication, scheduling, material movement, and final delivery.
• Source dubbing talent, confirm availability, negotiate rates, and secure appropriate resources for projects.
• Coordinate supplier schedules, monitor turnaround times, and escalate risks affecting deadlines, costs, or client requirements.
• Review dubbing adaptations, audio description scripts, incoming media, and final materials for linguistic and technical quality.
• Manage scripts and production materials through VoiceQ Cloud, MAM, and other relevant systems.
• Prepare word and character counts, convert materials into required formats, support VoiceQ insertion, and create edit decision lists.

Requirements

• Native or high-level English proficiency with strong written accuracy and linguistic judgement.
• Technical and creative understanding of production processes and tools.
• Strong organization, planning, time management, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently and collaboratively under tight deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
