Site Quality, Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) Manager (f/m/d)

Location: Office/site only in Nuremberg, Bavaria, Germany

What you will do

• Manage quality assurance for projects and ensure compliance with applicable standards.
• Lead quality inspections and oversee the Real Estate interface to resolve quality issues.
• Coordinate with external bodies on quality matters and compliance requirements.
• Support work package managers in preventing failures and closing non-conformance reports.
• Deliver quality training to project staff.
• Conduct site inspections and fire risk assessments to maintain a safe working environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, Quality, or a related field.
• Many years of experience in site-based QEHS roles, preferably in the energy or construction sectors.
• Strong knowledge of local and international QEHS regulations.
• Experience with incident investigation and emergency response planning.
• Excellent German and English communication skills required.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.

Nice to have

• NEBOSH, BCSP, OSHA, or equivalent certification.
• Lead auditor qualification.
