Digital Product Designer (Digital Health)

Location: Warsaw, Poland; hybrid work model with office attendance 3 days per week

What you will do

• Conduct user research, define personas, and map user journeys to inform product design.
• Create wireframes, task flows, screen mock-ups, interaction designs, storyboards, and interactive prototypes.
• Design consistent, user-friendly digital experiences across platforms, devices, and channels.
• Conduct concept, usability, and A/B testing to validate and improve solutions.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, subject matter experts, and other stakeholders in an agile team.
• Develop elegant, accessible solutions aligned with brand standards and scalable component-based design systems.

Requirements

• BSc in Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of professional experience as a digital product designer in SaaS, life sciences, or a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of user-centered design, user research, user testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping, heuristic analysis, usability, and accessibility.
• Expertise with Figma and other UX design tools, including FigJam, Miro, Maze, and Dovetail.
• Experience creating scalable component-based design systems and working across platforms and devices.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills for cross-functional product delivery.

Nice to have

• Basic knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
• Experience in digital health, life sciences, or SaaS products.
