Product Designer (AI)

What you will do

• Design intuitive, engaging, and high-quality experiences for hirify.global browsers and consumer products.
• Own design challenges from problem definition and exploration through interaction design, prototyping, and final execution.
• Translate complex product and technical capabilities into simple, meaningful user experiences.
• Explore new interaction models for emerging technologies and AI-powered capabilities.
• Use user insights, product data, experimentation, and feedback to guide design decisions.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, engineers, researchers, and designers while maintaining consistent product experience standards.

Requirements

• Strong professional experience in Product Design, UX/Product Design, or a related discipline.
• A portfolio demonstrating shipped complex digital products and end-to-end product design capabilities.
• Experience designing consumer applications or sophisticated digital products with complex interactions.
• Strong interaction, UX, and visual design skills.
• Advanced experience with modern design and prototyping tools such as Figma.
• Ability to balance user needs, business objectives, and technical constraints while working with Product and Engineering teams.

Nice to have

• Experience designing browsers, desktop applications, productivity tools, search products, or other complex consumer software.
• Experience designing AI-powered features, conversational interfaces, or emerging interaction models.
• Understanding of browser behavior, web technologies, and cross-platform experiences.
• Experience with products serving large international user bases and with research, experimentation, and product data.
