Senior Product Designer (Design Systems)

Location: Armenia, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Latvia, Poland, Romania, Serbia, or Ukraine

What you will do

• Update and maintain global components within the design system.
• Clean up inconsistencies across shared design assets and patterns.
• Support adoption of the design system across the team.
• Identify unreported inconsistencies and edge cases.
• Raise issues affecting shared components and downstream usage.
• Work across unfamiliar product areas as priorities change.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product design experience.
• Hands-on experience building and maintaining design systems, rather than only using them.
• Understanding of variants, design tokens, library publishing, and the downstream impact of changing shared components.
• Strong visual design skills, including typography, spacing, and hierarchy.
• Ability to recognize visual inconsistencies, identify edge cases, and communicate issues clearly.
• Comfort working across unfamiliar product areas as needs evolve.
