What you will do

• Coordinate, develop, integrate, maintain, and manage program and project schedules according to established requirements and the Schedule Management Plan.
• Develop and maintain the Integrated Master Schedule covering program activities, dependencies, milestones, and deliverables.
• Collect, validate, consolidate, and analyze scheduling data from program teams, technical leads, and stakeholders.
• Track milestones, key events, deliverables, and schedule performance through regular updates, status assessments, reports, and forecasts.
• Analyze critical paths, schedule slack, dependencies, risks, conflicts, delays, and emerging issues.
• Develop recovery plans and what-if scenarios, conduct Schedule Risk Assessments, and communicate corrective-action recommendations to project teams and leadership.

Requirements

• Active Secret clearance required.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience.
• Experience supporting complex programs, projects, workstreams, or functional areas is relevant to the role.
• Ability to analyze schedule performance, risks, dependencies, milestones, and program data.
