FP&A Manager (iGaming)

What you will do

• Act as a Finance Business Partner to the iGaming leadership team and support commercial decision-making.
• Analyse P&L, EBITDA, operational KPIs and commercial performance to identify underlying drivers and recommend actions.
• Build financial models, business cases and scenario analyses for investments, risks, returns and resource allocation.
• Own and improve forecasting, budgeting and planning by challenging assumptions and connecting financial and operational data.
• Identify opportunities and risks, investigate root causes and present clear recommendations to senior stakeholders.
• Improve FP&A models, reporting, processes and data usage while partnering with Product, Commercial, Marketing and Data teams.

Requirements

• Fully qualified accountant with ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent certification.
• Strong FP&A or Commercial Finance experience, including Finance Business Partnering with senior non-finance stakeholders.
• Strong commercial judgement and experience influencing decisions, investments, changes in direction or business performance.
• Advanced Excel skills with strong financial modelling, forecasting and scenario-planning capability.
• Strong understanding of P&L and EBITDA performance and their operational and commercial drivers.
• Experience in a fast-paced, commercially complex environment; iGaming, gaming, digital media, technology or another data-rich consumer business is advantageous.

• 60-minute interview with the Principal FP&A Lead and People Experience Partner via Zoom.
• Take-home case study followed by a 60-minute final interview with the Senior FP&A leadership team.
