Store Manager (Rome)

Location: Rome, Italy; onsite at a new store in the historic centre of Rome

What you will do

• Own sales results, KPIs, store profitability, reporting, and action plans to improve commercial performance.
• Lead, hire, develop, train, and coach the store team while building a strong culture of responsibility, agility, and proactivity.
• Deliver a premium customer experience through personalized service, clienteling, loyalty-building, and omnichannel purchase support.
• Oversee stock management, visual merchandising, in-store animations, organization, and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with HQ on retail strategy and priorities, and share market feedback and ideas.
• Support social media content creation with store photos, videos, and visual materials when needed.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience as a Store Manager in premium or fashion retail.
• Strong leadership, team development, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Experience with sales techniques, KPIs, customer service excellence, CRM, and clienteling strategies.
• Strategic thinking and the ability to turn data into concrete business actions.
• Fluent English and Italian required.
• Hands-on, agile, responsible, collaborative, and passionate about product, people, and retail innovation.
