What you will do

• Join the team of the flagship Admitad affiliate network business.
• Learn the affiliate network context or apply existing affiliate marketing expertise.
• Coordinate business, development, and service teams while aligning stakeholder interests.
• Set up effective communication channels and collaboration platforms.
• Use business analysis skills to prepare clear, detailed specifications for straightforward development tasks.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as an IT Project Manager.
• Experience writing technical specifications.
• Experience using AI tools, including through hobbies or personal projects.
• Strong meeting facilitation, organizational, and systems-thinking skills.
• Ability to quickly learn new topics.
• English at B1 level or higher.

Nice to have

• Experience in online advertising or affiliate marketing.
• Experience as a Scrum Master or relevant training.
• Ability to create prototypes or tools through vibe-coding.
