Technical Product Manager – Cardiac

Location: Remote in Canada; preference for Eastern Time Zone alignment

What you will do

• Define and execute product strategy and roadmaps for technology supporting cardiac clinical research.
• Lead customer and stakeholder discovery to understand cardiac clinical-trial workflows, data requirements, and user needs.
• Translate complex cardiac, clinical, regulatory, and technical requirements into clear product requirements and software experiences.
• Partner with engineering, UX, clinical, operations, data, and commercial teams throughout the product lifecycle.
• Use customer feedback, product data, market insights, and success metrics to prioritize opportunities and guide decisions.
• Communicate product vision, priorities, trade-offs, and outcomes across technical, clinical, and business stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of Product Management experience leading software or technology products through discovery, development, launch, and continuous improvement.
• Proven experience in cardiac or cardiology technology, cardiac clinical trials, or related clinical-trial solutions involving cardiac data, workflows, or endpoints.
• Strong technical aptitude and experience partnering with engineering, data, and other technical teams to build scalable product solutions.
• Experience with product discovery, roadmap planning, prioritization, requirements definition, and cross-functional decision-making.
• Eligibility to work remotely in Canada and fluency in English; Eastern Time Zone alignment is preferred.

• Experience with Agile product development methodologies.
• Background in healthcare, life sciences, clinical research, medical technology, or another regulated environment.
