Field Application Engineer - Power Supply

Location: Helmond, Netherlands; frequent travel to key accounts and channel partners is required, approximately 3–4 times per month.

What you will do

• Identify and solve technical problems related to wired and wireless lighting and e-mobility power supply products.
• Visit key accounts and channel partners to support new project development.
• Support partners and customers with technical issue resolution, product introductions, and training.
• Collect customer feedback for AC/DC and DC/DC power supply products and connect customer needs with R&D feature development.
• Handle customer failure requests in cooperation with the service department.
• Report on technology, industry application, and feature trends in the EMEA lighting and e-mobility market.

Requirements

• Technical bachelor's degree, preferably in Electronics Engineering.
• At least 3 years of hands-on power supply design experience.
• Knowledge of power supply hardware and software testing, including PMBus and CAN.
• Experience promoting power supply products and conducting market analysis for strategy planning.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, organizational, analytical, and presentation skills, with intercultural awareness and the ability to work independently.
• European driving license, excellent English, and another European language required; frequent travel is required.
