What you will do

• Ensure compliance with workplace safety and environmental standards.
• Coordinate the Risk Prevention and Protection Service and perform ASPP duties under Italian Legislative Decree 81/2008.
• Identify hazards, assess risks, and design suitable prevention, protection, and control measures.
• Prepare and deploy business improvement and corrective action plans.
• Conduct internal audits, Gemba walks, problem-solving investigations, and KPI reporting.
• Analyze injuries, accidents, near misses, and safety observations to support corrective actions and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in an HSE role within a structured company.
• Strong knowledge of safety and environmental regulations and international safety and environmental management standards.
• Specific ASPP qualifying course under Italian Legislative Decree 81/08.
• Qualification as an internal auditor for one or more management systems, preferably ISO 14001, ISO 45001, or ISO 50001.
• Specialized or technical degree relevant to the role.
• Good written and spoken English, strong analytical and communication skills, and proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint.
