TL;DR

Location: Latina Plant (Borgo San Michele), Latina, Italy

Salary: €950 monthly for 6 months

What you will do

  • Support the tool for measuring production equipment efficiency using OEE.
  • Help manage production key performance indicators and monitor production rhythm wheels.
  • Track progress against the production plan.
  • Facilitate daily meetings with maintenance, planning, production, quality, and other site teams.
  • Identify shopfloor improvement opportunities and support implementation initiatives.
  • Support supervisors with communications regarding safety, quality, performance, and new projects.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Engineering, CTF, Chemistry, or Biotechnology.
  • Good ownership and accountability skills.
  • Proficiency in Italian is required.
  • Fluent English is required.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Nice to have

  • Good knowledge of Excel.
