Senior Delivery Lead (Medtech)

Location: Crawley, United Kingdom; hybrid work with four days per week at the Crawley HQ and one day working from home

What you will do

• Lead planning and delivery of complex software and hardware product releases across multiple Agile teams and programmes.
• Align roadmaps, priorities, and delivery objectives with Product Management, Engineering, and Architecture.
• Drive Program Increment planning and facilitate Scrum of Scrums, System Demos, and Inspect & Adapt workshops.
• Manage delivery risks, issues, dependencies, resources, budgets, and performance metrics.
• Coach teams in Agile ways of working and promote collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Report delivery progress, opportunities, risks, and challenges to stakeholders while ensuring compliance with quality and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Significant experience leading complex software, hardware, or product development programmes in an Agile environment.
• Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks such as SAFe, Scrum, or similar methodologies, including large-scale planning events.
• Experience managing stakeholders, dependencies, risks, and priorities in complex technical environments.
• Experience delivering products in regulated industries such as medical devices or healthcare technology.
• Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills for working with technical and non-technical audiences.

Nice to have

• Agile, project management, or SAFe certifications.
• Degree in a related discipline.
