Senior PV Delivery Lead (Pharmacovigilance)

Location: Fully remote, based in the UK or Ireland; occasional travel to client sites or hirify.global offices may be required.

What you will do

• Manage designated client relationships, expectations, contracts, and service extensions.
• Develop and maintain client Working Practices and supporting documentation.
• Coordinate onboarding of new client services and collaborate with Client Services, Operations, and other departments.
• Lead client business reviews, audits, visits, and communications regarding service performance and improvements.
• Assess additional client requests, cost implications, invoicing, and terms of business.
• Investigate complaints and deviations, improve systems and processes, and support project work, training, and mentoring.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a similar role within pharmacovigilance.
• At least two years of experience in PV contract or client management.
• Life Sciences degree or equivalent.
• Previous mentoring or supervisory experience.
• Strong client communication, organizational, planning, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects at a global level and comply with company procedures, legal requirements, and professional guidelines.
