Senior Partner Delivery Manager (UK) (AI)

What you will do

• Manage a portfolio of strategic systems integrator, consulting, and implementation partners.
• Build relationships with partner executives, practice leads, delivery managers, architects, and customer stakeholders.
• Advise partners on scaling hirify.global services practices, including delivery methodologies, organizational structures, certifications, and go-to-market motions.
• Oversee partner-led enterprise AI and customer experience transformation programs, proactively managing delivery risks and escalations.
• Align partners with Account Executives, Partner Managers, Customer Success, Professional Services, Product, and Solution Engineering.
• Establish governance structures, success metrics, delivery reviews, executive business reviews, and Partner Success playbooks.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS, consulting, partner management, customer success, or professional services.
• Track record of working with global systems integrators, consulting firms, or implementation partners to deliver measurable customer outcomes.
• Strong understanding of enterprise delivery models, implementation methodologies such as SAFe Agile and waterfall, and project governance.
• Strong executive presence and ability to communicate with partner leadership, customer executives, and technical teams.
• Excellent written and spoken English is required.
• Must be based in the UK for remote work, or work from the London office.
