Data Scientist (AI)

Location: London, United Kingdom; hybrid working with 2 days per week in the office at the hirify.global Group HQ

What you will do

• Build relationships with stakeholders across Group territories and translate business objectives into data science solutions.
• Use data analysis and predictive modelling to identify commercial opportunities and improve business outcomes.
• Design, develop and deploy machine learning models and predictive analytics to optimise customer journeys.
• Develop and scale data science procedures, frameworks and best practices.
• Apply AI, Generative AI and Agentic AI techniques to improve analytics workflows and business processes.

Requirements

• Experience applying statistical, machine learning and optimisation techniques to complex business problems.
• Strong programming skills in Python and SQL.
• Experience with large-scale customer, transactional or behavioural datasets, cloud data platforms and distributed processing technologies.
• Ability to communicate findings to non-technical audiences and adapt to evolving objectives.
• Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work hybrid from the London office two days per week.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of modern AI techniques, including Large Language Models, Retrieval-Augmented Generation and Agentic AI frameworks.
