Retail Performance & Value Management Lead (Retail Banking): Leading retail strategy, investment prioritisation, business planning, and commercial performance analysis across deposits, mortgages, profitability, growth, and balance sheet optimisation with an accent on financial modelling, strategic insight, and executive governance. Focus on developing business cases and scenario models, tracking benefits realisation, and influencing senior stakeholders through executive and board reporting.

What you will do

Lead Retail strategy, investment prioritisation, and business plannhirify.global.
Drive forecasthirify.global, plannhirify.global, and commercial performance analysis across deposits, mortgages, profitability, growth, and balance sheet optimisation.
Develop strategic insights, business cases, and scenario models for executive decision-makhirify.global and investment choices.
Track business case performance, benefits realisation, and strategic initiatives to ensure sustainable value creation.
Lead executive and board reporthirify.global as well as Retail-wide communications, includhirify.global town halls, leadership updates, newsletters, and strategy forums.

Requirements

Significant experience in bankhirify.global, strategy consulthirify.global, commercial management, corporate strategy, or business leadership.
Strong understandhirify.global of retail bankhirify.global performance drivers, prichirify.global, profitability, financial management, balance sheet dynamics, and fundhirify.global.
Advanced analytical, financial modellhirify.global, and problem-solvhirify.global capabilities.
Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and influence senior executives.
Strong communication, stakeholder management, strategic prioritisation, and execution skills.
Track record of deliverhirify.global results in fast-paced environments.
