Retail Performance & Value Management Lead

What you will do

• Lead retail strategy, investment prioritisation, and business planning for the Retail Bank.
• Drive forecasting, planning, and commercial performance analysis across deposits, mortgages, profitability, growth, and balance sheet optimisation.
• Develop strategic insights, business cases, and scenario models for executive decision-making and investment choices.
• Track business case performance, benefits realisation, and strategic initiatives to ensure sustainable value delivery.
• Lead executive and board reporting, retail-wide communications, town halls, leadership updates, newsletters, and strategy forums.

Requirements

• Significant experience in banking, strategy consulting, commercial management, corporate strategy, or business leadership.
• Strong understanding of retail banking performance drivers, pricing, profitability, financial management, balance sheet dynamics, and funding.
• Advanced analytical, financial modelling, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to influence senior executives.
• Strategic and commercial mindset with strong execution, prioritisation, and results-delivery skills.
