What you will do

• Own one or more global fraud services and drive their adoption, performance, and continuous improvement across multiple countries.
• Improve fraud management processes and customer and employee journeys through simplification, standardization, digitization, and automation.
• Translate local country needs into scalable solutions that can be adopted globally, primarily across retail countries.
• Work with technology, operations, fraud experts, product teams, and international stakeholders to deliver product improvements.
• Use data and customer insights to validate solutions, measure impact, and improve outcomes.
• Design workflows, tools, and services that reduce manual work and cognitive load for fraud specialists.

Requirements

• Master’s degree and at least five years of experience in product management, product delivery, or a related field.
• Experience leadhirify.global initiatives in complex stakeholder environments, preferably in an international setthirify.global.
• Ability to translate local needs into scalable global solutions and align stakeholders across countries.
• Affinity with digitalization, workflow automation, AI, and data-driven decision-makhirify.global.
• Strong stakeholder management, influenchirify.global, ownership, and hands-on delivery skills.
• Fluent written and spoken English and Dutch required.
