Data Operations Analyst (Mandarin Speaker)

What you will do

• Ensure data integrity throughout the data processing workflow.
• Verify the accuracy and validity of processed data.
• Investigate and resolve quality issues raised by supervisors or clients.
• Maintain open communication with local, regional, and global colleagues.
• Suggest and implement enhancements to improve work efficiency.
• Ensure adherence to regional and global operating standards.

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Good command of spoken and written Mandarin is required.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, multitask, and think rationally under pressure.
• Good computer skills, interest in internet research, and ability to build relationships with internal, external, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; immediate availability is preferred.
