Executive, Consumer Data Insights

Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia; full-time, office-based role.

What you will do

• Summarize sales and consumer data in tables, charts, and graphs.
• Analyze and interpret data to identify market insights and business opportunities.
• Prepare client reports and presentations, including category overviews and issue-based recommendations.
• Review data for errors and inconsistencies and use internal tools and data sources.
• Discuss analysis design with client business partners and clients, including calculation of Quantified Business Opportunities.
• Manage project effectiveness, client expectations, and Center of Excellence processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university.
• Fresh graduate or up to one year of relevant experience in communication- and analysis-focused work, such as account management, client servicing, or business and market analysis.
• Strong business and financial acumen, analytical ability, and understanding of growth and brand strategy.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, including the ability to explain data through storytelling.
• Ability to work independently in a digitally enabled environment, with strong organizational, interpersonal, and client service skills.
• Good written and spoken English and knowledge of Microsoft Office.
