Salary: £85,000–£115,000 per year, plus performance-linked incentive awards.

What you will do
- Own the vision, strategy, roadmap, and backlog for internal risk and controls products.
- Design and prototype automated workflows, API integrations, and low-code/no-code solutions.
- Experiment with AI models, LLM prompting, custom agents, and automated evidence-gathering tools.
- Build continuous risk monitoring through data triggers, incident signals, and change flags.
- Improve adoption through self-service workflows, clear guidance, and intuitive UI/UX.
- Lead delivery while guiding two data and automation specialists and coordinating with Product, Engineering, Data, Operations, Risk, and Compliance.
Requirements
- Product management experience focused on user problems, prioritization, user experience, and rapid MVP delivery.
- Hands-on experience with data and automation, including SQL, Python or similar, APIs, workflow tools, or low-code environments.
- Practical experience experimenting with AI or LLMs to automate manual work.
- Understanding of risk and controls, including control design, RCSAs, and issue management.
- Experience leading teams through change programmes, ideally in financial services controls.
- Ability to work from within the UK and attend ad hoc meetings in London.
