Contracts Compliance Analyst - MedTech, Sydney

What you will do

• Monitor and manage customer contract compliance across J&J MedTech ANZ.
• Identify market share, revenue recovery, rebate, capital placement, and contractual obligation opportunities.
• Produce customer reports and collaborate cross-functionally to validate and communicate data and performance metrics.
• Maintain contract repositories and reporting tools while improving process efficiency and standardisation.
• Support pricing and contract administration, ERP pricing conditions, training, audits, compliance, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Degree qualification and at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Pricing and customer service experience in a large, complex organisation is highly regarded.
• Experience with Alteryx or comparable workflow automation tools.
• Working knowledge of SAP, Tableau, and/or Power BI, plus intermediate MS Office skills.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, organisational, prioritisation, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Right to work in Australia.
