Finance Support Officer

What you will do

• Create, maintain, and amend purchase orders and outline agreements in Defence ERP systems.
• Support procurement, contract administration, commitment tracking, credit card administration, and goods receipting across multiple programs.
• Validate vendor invoices, coordinate payments, and maintain accurate financial reporting and governance data.
• Develop budget plans and forecasts, monitor expenditure, and prepare variance analysis and management reports.
• Provide financial advice to project and product managers and support audit, assurance, and governance activities.

Requirements

• Qualifications in finance are preferred.
• Experience in financial administration, budgeting, procurement, or contract management.
• Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder engagement, and organisational skills.
• Experience with Defence ERP systems and financial management tools.
• Previous Defence or government experience is highly regarded.
• Active NV1 Defence Security Clearance or higher is mandatory.
