Procter & Gamble operates a Gillette manufacturing plant in Berlin producing wet-shaving heads for premium Fusion, Labs, and Venus shaving systems.

What you will do

• Analyze, develop, and continuously improve the Material Handling System and its existing systems.
• Further automate the AGV-based material transport system toward unattended operation.
• Plan, calculate, and implement technical projects, including obsolescence solutions.
• Create root-cause standards and strategies to improve system reliability and eliminate recurring issues.
• Execute system tests and compare technical development variants.
• Coach colleagues on problem solving and system improvements while coordinating with vendors.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a technical field such as mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, automation technology, or mechatronics.
• Demonstrated technical mastery and practical experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
• Experience in project management and financial planning of projects.
• Strong communication, assertiveness, teamwork, leadership, initiative, flexibility, and coordination skills.
• Very good German at minimum C1 level and solid English language skills.
