Technical Coordinator and Partner Production (f/m/d)

Location: Schwalmstadt, Germany. Full-time role with business travel to partner production sites.

What you will do

• Provide technical and process-related support to partner production sites and help stabilize daily operations.
• Act as the technical contact for disruptions, quality deviations, and unstable processes.
• Resolve technical issues independently and implement minor improvements within established standards.
• Coordinate the Dual Source process from the initial request through final approval.
• Support the Team Leader during absences without disciplinary responsibility.
• Participate in shop floor meetings, LPMS reviews, root cause analyses, corrective actions, and lean, quality, and occupational health and safety initiatives.

Requirements

• Completed technical vocational training and further training as an Industrial Foreman (Industriemeister) or an equivalent higher-level technical qualification.
• Several years of experience in manufacturing or production, ideally in plastics or elastomers.
• Strong understanding of production equipment, technical systems, and manufacturing processes.
• Knowledge of lean principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• English at minimum B1 level, both written and spoken.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic knowledge of SAP.
