What you will do
- Manage on-site delivery of electrical project elements and ensure compliance with EHSQ policies, RAMS, permits, PPE requirements, and toolbox talks.
- Coordinate plant hire, tools, labour, materials, subcontractors, site supervisors, and daily site activities.
- Direct and train apprentices and lead site teams through deliveries, checks, and project execution.
- Manage project scheduling, labour tracking, progress reporting, document management, and communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Oversee commissioning, testing certification, handover, snag-list closeout, and the project closeout plan.
Requirements
- Qualified Electrician.
- Previous experience as a Site Manager or in a similar role.
- SMSTS or SSSTS certification.
- Experience managing and leading teams.
- Up-to-date manual handling and Safe Pass certification.
- Computer literacy with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
