Accountant (Healthcare)

Location: Breda, Netherlands; hybrid schedule with 3 days in the office and 2 days from home

What you will do

• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes.
• Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, cash accounting, and bank reconciliations.
• Track prepaid expenses and accruals and assist with revenue recognition reviews and testing.
• Reconcile intercompany transactions across European entities.
• Support internal and external audits.
• Contribute to process improvements and finance transformation initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent experience.
• 2–4 years of accounting experience in public accounting or industry.
• Strong understanding of accounting fundamentals, attention to detail, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating across teams.
• Strong Excel skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA.
• Knowledge of U.S. GAAP.
