Accounts Payable Specialist (m/f/d) near Venlo

Location: Onsite at the Head Office in Sevenum, near Venlo, Netherlands

What you will do

• Process and verify supplier invoices against purchase orders, goods receipts, and contractual agreements.
• Prepare payment proposals and complete accounts payable closing activities.
• Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies with Procurement, Warehouse, and other stakeholders.
• Handle internal and external accounts payable queries and maintain professional supplier relationships.
• Maintain supplier master data, including bank details, and reconcile supplier ledger accounts.

Requirements

• Relevant professional experience in accounting or finance, ideally in accounts payable.
• Completed commercial or financial qualification, or several years of practical finance experience.
• Structured, precise, detail-oriented working style with a strong affinity for numbers.
• Fluent English is required.
• The role is based onsite at the Head Office in Sevenum, Netherlands.
