What you will do
- Design and implement AI solutions for real-world problems within marketing teams.
- Collaborate with domain experts to understand business challenges, workflows, and automation opportunities.
- Design, build, and operate AI agent workflows and integrations that improve marketing scalability.
- Work with the cross-functional AI engineering team to share patterns, knowledge, and best practices.
- Partner with central AI infrastructure engineers to build robust and scalable solutions.
- Propose ideas and help shape the roadmap for AI adoption while delivering measurable business value.
Requirements
- Strong background in software engineering and integration engineering.
- Hands-on experience experimenting with AI tools and building AI-driven workflows for production.
- Business understanding and experience in a business-facing role.
- Solution-oriented, outcome-driven, hands-on, and curious approach to complex business processes.
- Fluent English communication required.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with marketing technology such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar tools.
- Experience building production solutions on LLM APIs such as Claude, GPT, or Gemini.
- Experience with data platforms such as BigQuery or similar.
