What you will do

• Own the end-to-end analysis and implementation of Wholesale Banking data requirements for the Dutch Deposit Guarantee Scheme, from regulatory interpretation through delivery, testing, and operational adoption.
• Translate DNB, DGS Control Standard, and Single Customer View requirements into business rules, functional specifications, data definitions, acceptance criteria, and backlog items.
• Analyze party, account, balance, interest, eligibility, ownership, representation, and blockage data across complex multi-source flows.
• Create and maintain source-to-target mappings and end-to-end lineage from local systems through the Wholesale Banking Data Lake and SCV DataMart to regulatory reporting outputs.
• Define metadata, Critical Data Elements, business terms, data quality controls, and governance evidence in collaboration with data, reporting, risk, finance, compliance, and technology stakeholders.
• Coordinate backlog priorities, dependencies, releases, regulatory milestones, remediation, audit documentation, and stakeholder sign-offs across ING locations and teams.

Requirements

• Substantial experience as a senior Data Information Analyst, Business Analyst, or Data Analyst in banking, with ownership of regulatory data change from requirements through implementation.
• Strong knowledge of the Dutch Deposit Guarantee Scheme, DNB Single Customer View, quarterly reporting, depositor and product eligibility, representation, ownership, balance, and blockage concepts.
• Advanced functional and technical data analysis skills, including SQL, data profiling, reconciliation, root-cause analysis, and validation of complex data flows.
• Strong knowledge of conceptual and logical data modelling, source-to-target mapping, business and technical data lineage, metadata management, and data governance.
• Experience with Critical Data Elements, business glossaries, Collibra or similar governance tools, regulatory evidence, auditability, and data quality controls.
• Advanced English required. Bachelor’s or master’s degree in IT, Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, Finance, Business, or a comparable field.

• Familiarity with data quality tooling.
