Digital Product Analyst (Temporary)

Annual gross compensation: RON 113,000–210,000

What you will do

• Manage, update, enrich, import, and export product data in the Product Information Management system.
• Establish and maintain product taxonomies, data structures, translation workflows, syndications, and data quality audits.
• Upload images, drawings, graphics, videos, and other assets to the Digital Asset Management system and maintain required metadata.
• Link digital asset records to product data and prevent redundant records across systems.
• Support data enrichment projects, software and data transfers, process improvements, and global data structure guidelines.
• Create work instructions and documentation, train users, and coordinate with product data teams, departments, agencies, and contractors across time zones.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, engineering, information technology, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of marketing experience in a digital environment within a matrixed organization or agency.
• Experience with product management, sales and marketing funnels, e-commerce processes, and project management; Agile experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of multiple database, Product Information Management, Digital Asset Management, ERP, and CMS platforms, including tools such as Informatica MDM Product 360, Syndigo, Agility, Catsy, SAP MDM, or Pimcore.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, process development, documentation, and data verification skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities, work independently with minimal supervision, train end users, and coordinate with groups across multiple time zones.

• Experience with Agile project management.
