Senior Technical Support Specialist (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Analyze and resolve incidents in systems deployed in high-security environments.
• Provide technical assistance and guidance to security administrators and technical teams.
• Support product deployment, commissioning, upgrades, and maintenance.
• Deploy and maintain internal platforms and demonstration environments.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and operating procedures.
• Gather customer needs and communicate improvement proposals to the product team.

Requirements

• Experience in communications infrastructure, perimeter security, or cybersecurity.
• Knowledge of TCP/IP, application protocols, firewalls, switches, and routers.
• Experience with network traffic analysis and troubleshooting.
• Administration of Windows and Linux systems and virtualized environments.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity, perimeter security, and PKI technologies.
• English at B2 level required.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of the Spanish National Security Framework (ENS) and CCN-STIC guides.
