Banking and Treasury Analyst

Location: Hybrid role based in Dundee, UK, with remote work possible and occasional attendance at the Dundee office welcomed

What you will do

• Process and post daily banking transactions across multiple global entities.
• Code and allocate transactions in Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Perform daily, weekly and monthly bank reconciliations across multiple currencies and accounts.
• Investigate discrepancies and resolve transactional queries with Finance teams and banking partners.
• Support month-end, year-end, cash forecasting, cash management and liquidity planning activities.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes through automation, AI-enabled solutions and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Experience in transactional finance, banking operations, reconciliations or a similar finance environment.
• Strong reconciliation, problem-solving, organisational and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience processing high volumes of financial transactions accurately.
• Confidence working across multiple systems, large datasets, currencies and international transactions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Practical experience and capability are valued above formal qualifications.

Nice to have

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, treasury operations or global banking environments.
• Interest in process improvement, automation or AI-driven efficiencies.
