Project Scheduler

Location: Fremantle, Australia. The role is based onsite and requires Australian Citizenship to obtain and hold an Australian Defence Security Clearance.

What you will do

• Develop, maintain, analyse, and report on key project schedules.
• Produce work breakdown structures for critical defence industry projects.
• Maintain schedule integrity through ongoing reviews and alignment with scope changes and variances.
• Assist with resource forecasting and project delivery planning.
• Review processes and procedures to identify continuous improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with PMO stakeholders to support delivery on time and within budget.

Requirements

• Tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline or significant scheduling experience.
• Familiarity with performance management systems.
• Demonstrated stakeholder engagement and management skills.
• Proficiency with contemporary scheduling toolsets.
• Australian Citizenship is required for the Defence Security Clearance.

Nice to have

• Defence Industry experience.
• Experience with OPP.
