Park Manager: Victor Harbor Beachfront Holiday Park (Hospitality)

Location: Victor Harbor, South Australia, Australia; on-site park management role. Complimentary on-site accommodation may be available for the successful candidate.

What you will do

• Lead the day-to-day operations of Victor Harbor Beachfront Holiday Park and maintain exceptional guest experiences.
• Inspire, coach, recruit, onboard, and develop a high-performing team across front office, housekeeping, grounds, and maintenance.
• Drive commercial performance through budgeting, forecasting, revenue management, financial reporting, and cost control.
• Oversee park presentation, asset management, preventative maintenance, health and safety, compliance, and operational standards.
• Manage capital improvement projects and initiatives that improve guest satisfaction, operational efficiency, and business performance.
• Build relationships with guests, suppliers, team members, and local stakeholders while providing hands-on support during peak periods.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Park Manager, Assistant Park Manager, Resort Manager, or senior hospitality, tourism, or accommodation leader.
• Strong commercial experience with budgets, forecasting, financial reporting, and profitable business outcomes.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• Experience with workplace health and safety, risk management, compliance, and operational standards.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
• Current and valid Working with Children Check is essential.
