Location: On-farm placements across Warakirri's cropping regions in Victoria, New South Wales, Queensland and Western Australia, Australia. Applicants must hold Australian or New Zealand citizenship and be available to start the induction week in mid to late January 2027.
Employment type: Full-time, maximum-term contract.

What you will do
- Complete two 12-month on-farm placements across two different Australian cropping regions.
- Support daily farming activities and real-life projects alongside on-farm and corporate teams.
- Develop practical skills in broadacre cropping, agronomy, farm management, budgeting and precision agriculture.
- Gain exposure to different production regions, farming systems and corporate administration.
- Attend training intensives, conferences and industry events.
- Receive on-the-job coaching, training and mentorship throughout the two-year program.
Requirements
- Australian or New Zealand citizenship is required to meet residency requirements.
- Graduated in 2025 or 2026 from an accredited institution with a Certificate IV, Diploma, Bachelor's or Master's qualification.
- Relevant study areas include agriculture, agricultural science, farm management, agribusiness, agronomy, or commerce/business with an interest in agriculture.
- Must be ready, willing and available to commence the induction week in mid to late January 2027.
