What you will do

• Support and drive critical risk reviews across manufacturing operations.
• Promote the Health and Safety strategy and provide advice that enables sustainable improvement.
• Monitor health and safety systems, governance processes, risk controls, and legal requirements.
• Advise business leaders on continual improvement in employee engagement and risk management.
• Support incident investigations and apply findings to improve controls.
• Build health and safety leadership capability across departments.

Requirements

• Qualifications in workplace health and safety.
• Proven experience governing HSE management systems and critical risk controls.
• Ability to influence and coach stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to promote innovation and manage change.
• Ability to work autonomously while balancing operational tasks with strategic projects.
