Airport Manager (Aviation): Leading and coordinating passenger, aircraft, safety, security, and service-provider operations at the Hangzhou airport station with an accent on regulatory compliance, emergency preparedness, and customer service performance. Location: Hangzhou, China; onsite airport operations with shift work, including weekends and public holidays when required.

What you will do
- Lead and oversee passenger and aircraft handling operations, including arrival and departure procedures.
- Manage airport teams and service providers while ensuring compliance with company, brand, regulatory, safety, and security standards.
- Coordinate VIP, MAAS, PRM, and other special-category guest requirements.
- Maintain emergency response, disruption planning, diversion and delay handling, and business continuity plans.
- Manage on-time performance, delay mitigation and reporting, ancillary sales, customer service KPIs, and local security contact responsibilities.
Requirements
- 7–9 years of relevant experience in a leadership or senior management role.
- Experience in a high-pressure, multicultural, shift-based management or supervisory environment.
- Demonstrated knowledge of leadership, project management, and business solutions.
- Ability to lead results, communicate internally and externally at scale, and manage multiple channels.
- Degree-level education or equivalent relevant industry experience is desirable.
