What you will do

• Process multiple client payrolls accurately, efficiently, and on time.
• Manage assigned client payrolls and provide support on payroll-related matters.
• Research discrepancies in payroll information and documentation.
• Reconcile and file reports required by relevant government agencies.
• Review month-end payrolls and contribute to process improvements.
• Provide backup coverage for holidays and emergencies.

Requirements

• Confident use of Microsoft Excel and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong time-management, administrative, and organisational skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
